MANAGE ACTIVITY

This service grants you the option to add an activity, change, or delete your CR activities. You need to choose which transaction type you want. In addition, you will have a look at other licensed entities’ approval lists that your activities require.​

Required Information

 

The suggested commercial activities (to be added, deleted or changed).

 

Required Documents

​​​

• Airlift SRF.

• Official power of attorney.
  
  Note: In this application, if the client dose not provide his ekey, a power of attorney must be provided to enable the applicant to submit the application.

​Add activity Service:

1. Authorization Letter if the applicant is one of the Professional bodies registered at Ministry of Industry and Commerce or if the applicant is one of the employees registered under the commercial registration.

2. EGM for BSC & BSC (closed) or company’s owner’s decision (W.L.L.) / partners’ resolution for (W.L.L. - Partnership company - Simple commendite company& Commandite by Shares Company) approving the addition of new activities (required if the branch will have different activities than existing branches).

3. Board of directors’ resolution for BSC, Board resolution, director or directors’ resolution (W.L.L. Partnership company - Simple commendite company& Commandite by Shares Company) approving the addition of new activities (if the new activity is existing in the other branches of the company).

4. Authorized director’s resolution for foreign branch company (Official document from the parent company proof that they have same as the requested activity to be added).

5. Draft Amended of deed of association for (WLL) companies, Memorandum of association for (partnership / simple recommendation, BSC company’s) Articles of association (BSC) to amend the company’s activities only (required if the branch will have different activities than existing branches).​

Delete activity Service:

1. Authorization Letter if the applicant is one of the Professional bodies registered at Ministry of Industry and Commerce or if the applicant is one of the employees registered under the commercial registration.

2. Board of directors’ resolution for BSC, Board resolution, director or directors’ resolution for W.L.L., partner’s resolution for (Partnership Company - Simple Commandite Company& Commandite by Shares), Authorized Director resolution (Foreign Branch Companies) approving deletion an activity or activities.

Change activity Service:

1. Refer to the documents required in add activity (for delete an activity/activities and add activity/ activities different than the activities existing in the other branches.

2. Refer to the documents required in delete activity (for delete an activity/activities and add activity/ activities same as the activities existing in the other branches.

Service Durations

• Up to 3 working days in addition to the target days of the license entities. Please refer to the activity description page for total duration.

​

• Starting BHD 250 (This fee is only Airlift Admin fee other Government entity fees and activity fees may be applicable).​​
